R-Evo smart®️ S is a superior Phaco System with Dual Pump (Peristaltic and Venturi) for anterior segment cataract surgery. This device features Agile Fluidics and proprietary Minimal Stress Technology. The three distinct characteristics of Agile Fluidics include the dual-infusion modality, high-efficiency pumps and Dynamic IOP control which restricts the sudden fluctuations in the anterior chamber during post occlusion break. The dual pump systems allow the surgeons to easily transit between Venturi and peristaltic pumps depending upon the specific requirements of the procedure and their preferences. The fluid delivery can be performed through a Microprocessor-controlled active infusion or an integrated and programmable gravity-fed IV pole infusion. However, the Microprocessor-controlled active infusion provides a faster reaction time to compensate for IOP fluctuations at varying aspiration flow rates.
